Great Restaurants near the Marriott Monarch
If you want some good food, entertainment, and a nice bar with beautiful views of the Ocean, look no further than right next door. Literally, walk out of your Villa, across the courtyard, and into the Sea Pines Beach Club for a nice place to eat with a wonderful setting. Looking for more places to eat? Ride your bikes, or take your car, up to Harbour Town Marina. Here you will come across some of the best burgers on the island at Harbourside American Grille. If Seafood is on your mind, right next door you will find the Crazy Crab. Continue on to the South Beach Marina, and grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner at a few great places to eat. If you are staying in Hilton Head, you will need to go to the Salty Dog Cafe at least once during your stay. Views of the harbour at South Beach or Harbour Town add to the backdrop and fun of each location.
Ice Cream
Want to have a special event one evening that is a simple time for families to share? At the Harbour Town Marina, the Cinnamon Bear Country Store offers great ice cream. Get your favorite flavor, or try something new in a bowl, sugar cone, or waffle cone. Once your kids find out about the ice cream at Harbour Town, they might drag you back on a nightly basis.

In the event you would like to cook your own meal but in the grilling fashion, you are in luck. A great grill station is located in the courtyard of the Marriott Monarch Resort. Leaving the Sea Pines Plantation is not necessary while staying but it does add to the overall adventure. Many restaurants call for you as you drive around. Pope Avenue has Mexican, and Wings. A more upscale adventure would be the Jazz Corner, with wonderful music and a memorable evening together. For some of the best seafood on the island, head over to the Skullcreek Boathouse. And be sure to head up to the Shelter Cove Marina as well.
