Orange umbrellas are stationed around the main family pool providing shade when needed from the South Carolina heat. Comfortable lounge chairs, as well as many tables and chairs, encompass the main pool at Sonesta Resort. Guests enjoy having a large family pool with zero entry and also the option of an adults-only pool. Walking past the pools, a beautiful courtyard leads to the Atlantic Ocean and pristine beaches of Hilton Head Island.
Pool Information at the Hilton Head Sonesta Resort:
- Pool Hours: Daily 8am – 8pm
- Pools: Enjoy the day at two (2) outdoor pools. The main resort pool is large with zero entry and bubbling fountains. An Adult-only pool is in a shaded area away from some of the family excitement.
- Kids play area: There is not a splash pad but there are bubbling fountains as you enter the zero entry of the main pool.
- Zero-entry: Gently sloping in to the Family pool makes it more safe for the little ones with zero entry
- Hot Tub: Adults will love having the large outdoor hot tub to enjoy after a day of fun on the beach
- Towels: Towels are provided at the Pool Hut by the main pool
- Cabanas: A couple of cabanas are available for guests. They are on a first come first servce basis so if you want one, you might want to scope this out early in the morning.
- Notice: Pool hours can change without notice. Always check the daily schedule at the Sonesta Resort in Hilton Head for the updated pool hours.
- Who: Pools are available for guests staying at the Sonesta Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort.
- Lifeguards: Lifeguards are not available at the pools.
Family Pool
A large family pool is where most of the fun happens at the Sonesta Resort. Large Oak and Palm trees flow through the property creating a lush environment to take in while taking in a day at the pool. Zero entry slips its way into the main pool on one end with bubbling fountains for the little ones. Plenty of seating with lounge chairs and tables are also available around this family style pool.
Adult Pool
Enter the adults-only pool in a shaded area of the Sonesta Resort when you want a little more peace and quiet.
Hot Tub
Located directly beside the Adult only pool is a nice hot tub for the adults. In many resorts, the hot tub is overrun by kids but since this hot tub is located in the Adult's only section of the Sonesta Resort, you will only have adults enjoying the bubbling waters of the hot tub.
On the Ocean
One of the best things about the pools at the Sonesta Resort is that they are just steps away from the ocean. White Sand beaches are ready for your family or a romantic day at the beach. Towels are provided by Sonesta for your beach outing as well.
