Bike trails abound in Hilton Head. Leaving the front entrance of the Marriott Harbour Club Resort, you can start your exploration by riding along Lighthouse Road through the many miles of Bike Trails in Sea Pines. Sea Pines is probably one of the premier places to ride your bike on the Island. Be sure to take a ride over to South Beach and have breakfast or lunch at the Salty Dog. Lawton Stables is also another great place to visit and take some pictures of the horses, and if you have smaller kids, there is even a petting zoo. A favorite for many riders is the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. You can spend hours riding and walking through the preserve and viewing beautiful scenery along the way.
Heading out of Sea Pines
There are so many places to ride in Sea Pines, you might never leave the plantation. However, if you decide you want to venture past the Sea Pines gates, that is perfectly fine. With over 100-miles of bike trails covering Hilton Head Island, it is a great way to take an adventure. Coligny Plaza is a fun bike ride. Fantastic little shops are a great place to find your Island souvenir and the dining options are good as well.

Harbour Town from the Marriott Harbour Club
Harbour Town Marina is right across the street from the Marriott Harbour Club. You can just leave your bikes parked for this one and walk across the street. You will see many bikes parked around the huge playground area and visitors love to walk around the marina. Get some delicious food and walk through the shops at Harbour Town.
Riding on the Beach
Taking your bike on the hard-packed sand at Hilton Head is fun and a great experience. While you do not have a beach close to the Marriott Harbour Club, a 2+ mile bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club is a fun excursion. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a great place to visit with public beach access, dining facilities, and even bathrooms.
