Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head
Near Coligny Park Beach and Coligny Plaza, the Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head is in a wonderful location right off of Pope Avenue. This Marriott Hotel really stands out with spacious rooms and suites overlooking the Lowcountry Celebration Park. Head up to the top floor and take in the 360-degree views from the rooftop pool deck. The seating is incredible on the roof where you can relax with family or friends while enjoying your favorite adult beverage from the Bistro. Taking a dip in the pool while having a view of the Atlantic Ocean is quite spectacular. If being close to shopping, and dining are important, staying at the Marriott Courtyard in Hilton Head might be a good choice.
Rooms and Suites
Rooms at the Hilton Head Courtyard are clean, comfortable and offer a standard guest room with King Bed and a sleeper sofa. The suite is larger and has a separate bedroom with a king bed. All of the rooms come with a mini-refrigerator, counter space with sink, and a coffee maker. Views are best from the front of the building having Pope Avenue and the adventure park across the street. The balconies are a nice place to hang out and start your day with a cup of coffee.

Pros:
Convenience is the primarily found term when reading through the TripAdvisor reviews for the Hilton Head Courtyard Hotel. Loved the location, right beside the Coligny Plaza which is a fun place to shop and grab something good to eat. Walking across the street to Coligny Beach was so amazing. Taking a morning walk on the beach was easy. The bar and rooftop pool were the best part of the hotel. Plenty of seating and you can see the ocean from the roof. Great place to take some pictures.
Cons:
As nice as this Courtyard Hotel is in most guests' opinion, there are also some mentions of some issues as well. Since this is a Courtyard by Marriott, it does not have all of the room amenities you might find in a larger suite or villa in a resort property. While you do have a minifridge, there is no microwave in the room. The bathroom only has a shower making it difficult for bathing young children. Also, if you want a room with a view, be sure to ask for one. The front of the building faces the park across the street.

An abundance of fun things to do surround your stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head. Staying on Pope Avenue beside the Coligny Plaza with shopping and great dining right next door will bring joy to everyone in your family. The Coligny Beach is right across the street and on the other side of Pope Avenue is a fun adventure park.
Renting a bike is an integral part of staying anywhere in Hilton Head and tackling as many of the 60+ miles of bike trails is a feat in itself. Multiple marinas stock varying watercraft from paddleboard, kayaks, and canoes to fishing boats and dolphin cruises. There is more to do on Hilton Head Island than you could ever get done in your stay to choose wisely and have a memorable time.
